BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF THE BAND

This has been our credo since day one. No matter the client, their industry or their country, our mission remains the same: to harness this power.

Creative collaboration, risk-taking and performance are at the core of the Power of the Band ethos, and these qualities are also found in the most successful teams. Fostering a fun and positive environment where people can feel comfortable sharing ideas is paramount for successful group collaboration, and it's one of the things we do best. We’re confident that the camaraderie, trust and creative thinking your team will develop with us will transfer from the stage to the workplace.

With over fourteen years of experience teaching adults in a band environment and developing a proprietary pedagogy centered on group learning, we are uniquely poised to bring a high-value experience to the corporate team building industry.

Musician, composer and educator Jason Domnarski has developed a multi-faceted career based on creative production and performance, entrepreneurship and community engagement.

As a musician and composer he has released 5 albums of original music, toured internationally and composed for both films and major corporate clients (Pfizer, ARM, KENZO, etc..). He has collaborated with several notable artists, including Jarvis Cocker (PULP), Nicolas Godin (AIR), Élodie Frégé and Victoria Girling-Butcher, as well as working with promising young talent as a music producer.

In 2008, Jason launched Park Slope Rock School in Brooklyn, NY, where he developed his unique proprietary pedagogy of group learning through a rock band model. Voted one of the “Best Music Programs in NYC” by Time Out magazine, PSRS BROOKLYN was among the first boutique rock band programs in New York City, and soon became a leader in a burgeoning new industry. Building on the success of the Brooklyn school, Jason launched PSRS PARIS in 2011, applying his pedagogy to programs for children and adults in songwriting, recording and performance, as well as team building and leadership events. He currently oversees the instruction of over 150 students as they write, record and perform at prestigious Paris venues, including La Bellevilloise, La Cigale and the Lollapalooza Global Music Festival.

Jason is committed to bringing people together through music and cultivating an ever-expanding community that values artistic expression, personal development and collaborative creativity.
