Our flagship rock experience, TAKE THE STAGE gives you the full rock band performance experience. Designed for teams from 5-40, this 6 hour experience introduces you to the world of the band through an interactive welcome presentation which sets the stage for the afternoon activities. Participants are then assigned to bands and work with band coaches to explore the different instruments and write an original song, with original lyrics. The event culminates in a real rock show, where all the groups perform on-stage in front of their colleagues. An unforgettable memory.

A good chorus gets stuck in your head for days. But why? This 3 hour event is a condensed version of our TAKE THE STAGE experience that focuses on writing a chorus (music and lyrics). We discuss messaging, clarity, repetition, hooks and how to keep the listener engaged. Participants form bands and work individually with a band coach, culminating in a quick performance for colleagues.

creative flow jam

Sometimes you need a boost to break through. Our Creative Flow Jam is a perfect way to reset and refresh. Get in the studio, grab an instrument and let our band coach guide you through a rock jam that will reignite your creative energy and strengthen team bonds. This can be perfect for any high-performing team needing a boost.

These jams can exist as one offs or an extended residency - at our studios or your office.

what’s your chorus ? mobile event

Our What's Your Chorus? Live Event is a concert, songwriting session and team building event all rolled into one - and all on your premises.

After a short, interactive musical presentation, participants collaborate live with a Power of the Band musician to create their chorus or theme song from scratch. Team members can join on-stage to play and sing as they compose their song LIVE in real time. Events end with a lively performance and everyone will receive a professionally recorded MP3 in their inbox the following day - an amazing souvenir that can be used to motivate teams and strengthen company culture.

virtual songwriting session

Collaboration, creativity, and connection are even more important when teams find themselves working remotely. For employees, remote work can bring with it confusion, anxiety and fatigue. For managers, it has never been more challenging to engage team members and encourage focused creative flow. Taught by founder Jason Domnarski, our 90 minute VIRTUAL SONGWRITING event is an engaging creative experience heavy on the fun. Our event pulls in elements of our FIND YOUR CHORUS experience, discussing what makes a hit chorus and how we can write our own by focusing on clarity of message, repetition, and other tools. Participants will collectively write lyrics, make artistic decisions and jam along with Jason as he writes their theme song, live on ZOOM. The result will be a completely collaborative and unique song your team can use for years to come.
